James Monroe Capital Corporation (OTC PINKS: JMON) is a development-stage company, with three divisions.

The first division involves the active development of its own patentable concepts, schematics and designs. One such concept is related to the modification of gas pumps to allow for the blending of ethanol and gasoline on-site at the end-user gas pump, thus allowing the gas station to take advantage of the tax credits available for blending ethanol with consumer gasoline.
