The eroding PPS is not because of retail mindset but due to the dilution that has occurred over the the first quarter. It cannot move up if there are more shares issued. The company issued more shares to execute their business plan to produce growth. So it is damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Have a PPS at 2 or 3 cents and happy shareholders or a somewhat stable PPS raising capital to fund the projects needed for sustained operations capital and future growth.
