What I like is

1) there is a stated link between share increase and completed acquisition

2) number of shares currently is stated

3) shares have not increased again

I don't like that the share increase and completed acquisition are not detailed.

I don't like the audit delay which was entirely predictable.

Seems like one can be hopeful but also very skeptical.
