Safe ID Corporation ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Essentially Yours Industry, Inc. ("EYI") and Safe ID Corporation have agreed to move forward with the proposed merger announced July 14, 2003. Both companies have agreed to extend the time to sign a definitive agreement until December 15, 2003.

Since July 14, 2003, Safe ID has raised US$409,000 as working capital and advanced US$328,000 to EYI via promissory note.
