I was looking thru the boards for Alternative Energy stocks, and saw your post. For what it's worth, the company KNDR has supposedly contracted with, EcoGreen Power, Inc., 2824-B Nine Mile Circle
Catonsville, MD 21228 has an address that would appear to be an empty lot (according to Google maps). Even if Google is off on the address, it is a residential street. I think I'll keep moving . . . .
