obviously you are not understanding. when is the last time you scheduled an appointment for anything to do with health care over the internet? you dont. whether it be a doctor, a dentist, a chiropractor, an eye care specialist or a hearing specialist. this is a service company. you dont do business over the internet. you dont set up appointments over the internet. they buy equipment to service people. the people that make the equipment should definately stay up to date on the internet. service companies depend on referrals and such. you do a good job and people will tell their friends and family.
