I think from what I have read that the company has been trying to stick with the HT deposit because due to the purchase agreement on those lands from NS/PN, they have to use the ore from the HT deposit or they go in default on the purchase agreement anyways, and then when they got screwed out of the million dollar SX/EW machine they got from the BK filing from that MR shipes guy, it really screwed the situation with the ore from HT so I think this is why they threw in the fact that they want to mix the HT ore because they have to run it or they lose all the land and as CandyB said, the mill sits on that land...JMHO
