KQ thats it , I'm sure the pipes and emergency valve weren't coated . I understand it was an ice bubble with trapped methane gas , usuming temp 5000 ft. deep were at say 28 degrees and coated with nanslate would increase the temp by 20 -30 percent , at 20 the temp. wouldn't have gotten below 35 and not be in the situation BPs in now . I'm sure the cost will be in the billions before everything is said and done.
