Yeah just when you think that maybe EXPH is getting their act together they do another bonehead move (A/S to 2B).

Where is the new CEO? It can't be very difficult to find one with the high unemployment rate. Many small companies have failed thus enlarging the available candidates.

Cash flow seems to be a major issue now. They had to sell shares to buy a spray booth? Let's hope that the new business is successful and they pay on time so that we can keep the lights on and the machines working without diluting.

Can they do something that is shareholder friendly?
