Questions: When will we see the 10-K?

1. Go Private (Never)
2. Friday May 14 Before trading
3. Friday May 14 After trading
4. Monday May 17 Before trading
5. Monday May 17 After trading
6. Delisted


Once again, Volume is low. I'm thinking that there will be a big spike in Volume before it gets released, unless we already saw that in the move from .015 to .03.

If they go private, how much will the shares be worth to buy out the shareholders?
