pmunch, thanks for the offer but I don't feel I have the time to give it proper attention. Too many projects and activities after work and the sun is finally coming out in the northwest so we are all getting outside as much as possible!

It looks like our buyer isn't in such a hurry any longer. It's very odd that the buying spree was so aggresive for weeks and then all of a sudden, nothing. What do you make of this?
