I think that was the point that i was trying to make.

All information is completed that is needed to file 15c211. Once s-1 passes review then they can file 15c211 and get listed on otcbb.

So we wait and watch or at least I continue to wait and watch.

Just glad and believe this action shows some legitamcy to the company
