Please share which rule/regulation of the SEC this violates?
I am fairly aware of most, but this one isnt ringing a bell.
Additionally, do you expect a picture of the attorney at the meeting in order to believe it? Is it so incredulous that an attorney would be respresenting someone at a potentially contentious meeting where someone was being ousted?
