Clearly this dilution and share printing flurry of late appears to be... I don't know... a change in direction (or at least at a greater pace) from what we've seen in the past!

How do we know the new CEO is not BEHIND the dilution? *Some* here have insinuated that the CEO has already been selected and just not announced...
