Like i thought, float so lite and no large selelrs down here that MM's are not filling orders at the offer.
If Ask is say .01, it may only be for say 10,000 shares. If someone trys to take a position of say 100,000 shares at offer, under a 'limit' order, with 'all or none'....no trades will go off.
Very little stock at this level to fill a limit order, all or none...would suggest order like that at .013 (200 dma) which may have more shares out for offer. You will get filled for any and all shares between ask and your limit, and thus pick up the position you want to trade on this.
