the company is not operating .. the insiders are no longer involved .. there is no cash .. all assets are frozen ..

gone .. gone .. gone

no pr's from spng the company will ever tout selling sponges from walmart ..

in fact, spng is on the way to being revoked and placed into a receivers hands to liquidate any assets they can find by the courts
