flippers buy and sell, when they sell they want it to go back down, when they buy they want it to go back up. different from an investor. and he's right, on most pink sheets, and given past history here, he has probably played it perfectly jumping in at 0001 and selling at 0005. but investors are hoping its different this time...
only time will tell
