If it did then the share price of any company would rise (or fall) to the calcuated level based on financials and stay there until the next release.
If that were so then the .0047 price in January would have been driven by $121M in sales per your numbers so clearly earnings does not drive share price alone.
Your assumption also assumes than no value is given for any factor other than a bottom line and also assumes all investors calculate value or perceive value in the exact same way.
In a previous post I gave an example of Fresh Harvest (FRHV), a retail grocery in the same segment as GDHI who hit a market cap of $22M with $88K in sales earlier this year.
The price of GDHI from here will be driven in large part by growth on any level, awareness and positive news flow and could easily hit .01 with the right information.
