Hey Greg, can you try to explain all these lies!



1. Had PR tell callers that CEO was buying stock up to .10 - Never Happened

2. Bragged about low float in video blogs while hiding DILUTION.

3. PR about Spoofem dividends coming. - NEVER HAPPENED!!

4. PR about CYDM dividends coming. - NEVER HAPPENED!!

5. Promised/Hyped 6 acquisitions by last June and only acquisitions w/ significant revenue. - Only 2 and NEITHER had ANY revenue!!

6. Said many BIG DEALS in the works. - NO BIG DEALS ANNOUNCED!!

7. Promised timely share structure updates. - Only 2 updates, none timely!!

8. HYPED CYDM was a HUGE acquisition. - Later said no revenue and worthless company.

9. Hyped a pps of .10-.15 last SPring. - Massive Dilution during HYPE.

10. Evans brags he is worth millions, yet uses company money for personal trips.

11. Evans brags and HYPES movie deal. LGTT gets NOTHING from movie deal, all goes to Evans.

12. Hypes ticket giveaways and never announces winners.

13. Hypes Hacker challenge and never announces results.

14. He promised a new product a week last year. NO NEW PRODUCTS, just rehash of OLD products.

15. Hyped Spoofem iphone app. - Apple denies spoofem app.

16. Hyped more iphone apps. - NONE so far.

17. Hyped DC office to open in March. - Not open yet!!
