I have seen this kind of boredom before,

a slow, sideways, narrow range, lack of action.

This kind of lack of action, can sometimes happen just before a major move UP, or DOWN.

The fact that CCTC was removed from the Short-List on the 10th, gives me the feeling the stock has bottomed here, and is ready for lift-off, IMO.

Also, the concensus readings are extremely BEARISH, currently at a 88% SELL opinion.
