i bet MM is making a majority of these buys at this level, and i bet the ruling has already been completed, but perhaps the status on clark county's website will only show "open" until they pay their fees, which they will do after the accumulate the cheap shares they want! if this is the case with the court filing status online, then this makes total sense! and they are pretty smart at that!
