We were aware that the pinks were most likely due to the delay in the 10-k. I picked up about 250k shares just in case we got lucky.

I'm a bit surprised that they filed to 15-12g to remove any doubt a few days early. It makes me believe that they have a plan. They didn't hide the fact that this was going to happen. The CFO stated this 2 weeks ago.

As long as they do continue to file reports and release PR's, it makes little difference. My plan is to pick up another million shares under .01. I will be sure to post any information I find.

There was never a pump by the company or Kodiak. The run to .07 was done by a few buys from ihub traders. Like I said, very little $ was exchanged. This stock went from .03 to .30 on less trading 6 months ago.
