Key word is "settlement".

Management and the secured creditors are doing a great job working together to help each other. As I pointed out previously, lenders would prefer to lower interest rates and change payment terms rather than provide a principal reduction.

The cleaner the "right side" of the balance sheet, the more enticing it will be for a third-party proponent.
