Riddle me this regards to GOI G....

If you look at the yearly chart... GOI G really took off in AUG.. then it peaked in Sept '09. Sept ,25th I believe they announced the China merger.. then it dumped hard next few month. What was the reason for this?? Did they also announce selling shares to pay for it @ the same time?

I know w/ UWRL.. they are selling "restricted" shares. So, with any merger, we should see an absolute moon shot from this.
