A Caveat Emptor rating means that the company has not reported their annual audited financials to Finra . I believe the recent filing should rectify that. Once the regs get the financials and sign off the rating changes and I believe they should get a bulletin board status as a fully reporting company. I may be wrong but this is my opinion.
