no - it is not illegal to discuss pipe offerings with shareholders.

How would z have known about the shares...if he did, JBII was doing something illegal - unless of course he was a privy PIPE investor.

i have no idea.

if you are not a privy PIPE investor but would like to be - call the company and see if they will entertain your investing in the company.

jbii has plenty of pipe shares to be purchased. plenty.
