I picked up some TICCR yesterday at .25, this is a new issue which is actually the 'B' shares of the company TICC that sells for $15.00 a share. In my experience usually 'B' shares of a company sells for about 10% of the 'A' shares. This would make TICCR a $1.50 stock at some point. This is just my opinion and also I expect this to take some time. I just thought it was an excellant long term play.
