Seriously concerned about the delay of the filing of the 10K. Why hasn't management done anything? 5 months after the close of the year and no reporting - who is managing our assets? This lack of atteniton to detail calls for a question on whether we have the right leadership. Calls are not being answered at the company - are they still operating?
