Please clarify your statement; I am confused now. Some one has posted that the equity value for the PPS is at least $0.82. This would be great and I will set my price target to be $0.82.

I am sorry but your earlier statement is not founded without a link. My understaning is that ACLH is only required to file when they move to OCTOB status. Please clarify.
