Sars management said they wanted to structure the debt more to their needs. Sars did say they were not going to get rid of Fas Tech. They said they have plans to come out of the Chapter 11 and didn't think it would take that long. The reason for the Chapter 11 was to restructure the debt of Fas Tech so they would have more money for other projects.
The other post where I said I thought they might get rid of Fas Tech is my opinion. The company says are not going to get rid of Fas Tech.
