Late to the party evidently.

Its been sub penny for a while now, so why is it being sub penny now shocking?

Big deal that its sub-penny now. There is nothing for this company that is not right in line with expected activity for start ups in new areas/sectors/technology of the market.

I don't expect BEHL to meet every objective it set, and no one else should either. Not even blue chips meet every objective they set corporate wide and they set almost a thousand times what BEHL has set, sometimes every day. There are just too many things at play, and these are felt the most by start ups that do not have the capital that larger established corporations have. The reason you don't see the same thing with blue chips is that they are so large, but believe me it happens.

(I even paid the CEO of AT&T a visit once when I got upset over an objective they set and then didn't work out. Got a ticket, took a plane to their corporate HQ, and marched right into his office. Security started to march me right back out, and got stopped by and executive assistant who got the CEO on the phone for me when I yelled that I was a stock holder and had 40,000 shares of their stock and had a right (along with a few other choice words). Was pretty funny actually).

Having started a couple of businesses on my own I have some understanding of what they are going through. It is not easy, you set objectives and you never meet every one, it takes years sometimes. Why do you think when you go to a bank as an individual and want to borrow money to start a business one of the first things they look at is basic sustainability for at least three years (varies) WITHOUT profit? The bank, the people with the money, know its rough. Its really tough, and thats for a business that caters to an established market, think about what it is in a new market with new technology and never been commercially established before? Then in this case throw in the pumpers showing up for a cash-n-dash meal.

Its simple, someone doesn't wanna play then don't play. Thats all there is to it. This is a buy-buy-buy long thing at these prices, and a little later down the road its going to be a profit-profit-profit thing.
