There's no way today that a penny stock is going to escape 'The Golden Rule': He who has the Gold Rules.

But Hey, Why do you think the the Doc's did it only for 5 Million shares? It's what was needed to get them uplisted to AMEX. They paid the fare. Why no lock on share price on conversion? Good question.
