Rivet spent several years working on a way to bring volume into a stock on demand. After many trial and errors that may have been perfected. No one can really explain why HSCC traded 23 million shares one day in Sept 2009 just out of the Blue. There was no news nothing.

What is the volume multiplier? Does anyone have a theory?
