As nice as it would be to have the financial statement filed by May 31 ,remember the SEC will still have their foot on our neck until the auditors file the required compliance forms which could take a couple of months before TRGD becomes listed on OTC.
But TARM is fully compliant and eventually TRGD should reflect[AT LEAST] our 77% holding in that vastly undervalued precious holding!!
