Trust is earned thru a series of 10Ks, on time, one after another. During setember 2009 management did not deliver! Investor reaction should be to trim down position and wait for more info. Mangement provides no 10K in early 2010 followed by lawsuits, etc.. - investor action, you FIRE management by selling the balance of your position, thereof breaking off any and all business relationship with them/company. People put to much trust/faith into managment teams that have promised to deliver but in reality have not (10K=reality; PRs do not).
