I'm not a genius on how the whole merge thing works but I'm curious as to, if we bought BVIG for .10 a share and now where looking at possibly closing out the existing stock of BVIG to merge KATX into BVIG would we have to shell out current stock price for those shares to the holders, IDK..I'm just rambling silly thoughts! But if anyone has a clue..cause I know I dont..please feel free to enlighten me! Thanks in advance!
