wrong sly...
if they are dumping shares we would not go up on high volume...
and we have week after week...
low volume we go down... supply and demand at work...
i still beleive the outstanding is around 178 million..
i dont beleive the float is 44 million as some have posted...
but either way BP has requested them..good sign
