thats what I am going off of too but I figure that signified by the end of the month. Rooney didnt state anything to suggest it would be at that time but I figure a few weeks to a month or so would signify the end of the month. Thats just how I interpreted it though. This will be something I am going long on anyway so I dont really care when it is but when it does happen I will be very happy. (I hope).
