**URGENT**** 12-May-10 01:20 pm Can somebody please do us all a big favor and make sure that Dr. Whitney sees this PR from another company.

It's rumored that a R/S is coming for us, which actually is a GOOD thing. The timing could be better but the reason will be good and it will benefit all of us.
Unfortunately, reverse splits are not usually well received by investors because 9 times out of 10 it is done by dying companies and it's their last gasp of air. This is NOT the case here though. Shareholders and potential investors need to realize this. The company is doing very well right now and has a lot of positive things going on, moreso than ever. A R/S for ITRO should be welcomed. I just wish the pps was higher and more folks knew how good things are...but maybe that is coming soon. I don't know.
This Spider Resource company did a very good job explaining why they are doing a R/S and I think Dr. Whitney should take some pointers from it since the same exact reasons apply to ITRO. Notice how they didn't even use the words "reverse split" but instead chose to say "share consolidation". That was very smart and I think Dr. Whitney should use the same exact terminology so as to not spook anyone.
The reasoning is spelled out very well too and if I were him I would copy a large chunk of it word for word.
I know PRs are not his specialty and he needs help. That's why I'm hoping someone can get this to him. Btw, just emailing it won't work. Everything gets screened. Someone PLEASE contact him and make sure he gets this. I'm BEGGING.
