Aznavour, In a nutshell, it's about as best a deal as they could have gotten under the current market conditions. Also Doc. Seymour is an experienced hand at this, he would not have done a Bad Deal with Seaside or with a Big Pharma. They had other offers - this was the best. I like the structure.
This deal has only minor dilution. The market seems to think so also currently NNVC $2.27. So shareholders should be glad with this one. Don't listen to those $1.70 howlers. They are just 'shorts' IMO.
It's the real world and the Doc's did great.
This was a hurdle and they jumped it just fine.
Now for the PR updates and the good news we been waiting for and $3.00+ !
