GHDC owns the mines and lease them to SFMI - the working company, for lease fees and royalties. So GHDC has both fixed and variable income on a monthly/yearly basis and also has the actual assets.

SFMI will have the greater, or the 2 companies, revenue and income.

In my views, both are great buys (which is why I own both companies' stocks, but make up your own mine if you would like to invest.
