I have contacted Brualdi Law Firm as well as Berger and Montague P.C. Early indications are that there is not enough money involved with Thresher for them to get involved in a class action lawsuit. Brualdi is looking into the value of the patents. It looks as if we will have to wait for the SEC to seek disgorgement and file charges. So keep filing complaints and they will adventually do something.
