AcuMedSpa Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMSZ), a provider of Medical Aesthetic, Spa and Acupuncture services, proudly announces that is has appointed Dr. Xavier Khan and that it has selected the location for its third medical spa in the Knoxville area.

Xavier Kahn, Medical Director and MD Partner of Sohna, is practicing aesthetic medicine and development in the greater Knoxville area, where he has resided since 2006. He is a graduate of St. Christopher's College of Medicine in the United Kingdom. Dr. Kahn later received further medical training at Albert Eisenstein Medical College of Flushing Hospital (NY) and John Hopkins College of Medicine of Harbor Hosptial (MD), and Georgetown, VCU, Howard Medicine of Fairfax Hospital (VA).

As Director, his expertise in aesthetic medicine backed by his research in development will be vital to the expansion of the medical spa market in Knoxville. His responsibilities will include:

Performance of any procedures which the State of Tennessee requires to be rendered by a physician (including e.g. injections of Botox-cosmetic, Non-evasive face lifts, scar tissue removal, and weight loss management); all credentials required by the State of Tennessee have been met for the third location in Knoxville and current operating locations in Tennessee.
