China has to BUILD IT and PAY THE FEES for it....same with INDIA...these are 100,200 multimillionaire dollar contracts...u think they'll get the JV contract ready in less than 90 days?u think india is going to send 1 million today because CCTC is dying for it....CCTC can't show weakness and request this cash..they need to act like they should be acting...like they are busy getting other contracts....come on folks....lets think realistically
