no thanks... I'd rather give my self a paper cut and pour lemon juice on it...

Are there any documents you could post that would show that all acquisitions of companies in exchange for shares are always restricted shares?

Just curious... you seem fairly certain that an exchange would have to be for restricted shares and figured in your experience you may have some DD you could share.
