Bu you have to remeber thrr announced the LOI and immediatly dilluted close to 10 billion or more shares on shareholders and were selling into the float the whole time. while IHSN has a low float with no dillution and the ceo even stated in the pr;

Like always it doesnt hurt to be sceptical always weigh in on both sides and do your own DD I for one am confident in the company if a buyout doesnt take place I still see strong potential to the upside.
