On Endorsement deals: im an in-house counsel at a company who has Shaquille O'neal (Shaq) as spokesperson, in addition to numerous other big names. I see / negotiate the contracts. I can tell everyone to relax if you're worried about the initial spend on a celebrity. Usually, there's no need for a huge up front payment...the payments are usually centered around how many day-long shoots occur...and other benefits based on increase in sales post commercial launch, etc. So sit tight and enjoy...
