Looking For another good day of Anticipation. Word is getting out and Drilling draws a crowd. But we have even more in the mix.

Series B for hostile take over, Decision making is a different story. To legally make the deals they want to, they need that majority holding, restricted acomplishes this.

Take over. One must Buy the majority, hence the series A and B

Unrestricted would be scarey. Restricted is necessary, am sure the Firm guided the company to what they needed to do to grow, Without diluting US.

Remember, they cancelled some restricted recently, Before they came on the market. Can't say 100%, but would expect the same here.
