Just like I thought

Yesterday I said he had 50,000 reasons to get financing and the AMEX listing done this year... so onward we go!

This is a nicely done financing as it prevents 2- 2.5 million shares from being dumped on the market all at once. Instead they trickle into commons shares as they are converted from preferred convertible shares. The buyer also is getting a discount.

Well done overall, it accomplished the 5 million AMEX requirement without huge dilution.
