Hi P59, please see my post above regarding share structure. Ken Stead is very honest about the share structure. If anything as shareholders we're better placed than before. If Ken and Tim had exercised their Series B that would give them unrestricted commons. This way they have a 12 month restriction.

Regarding the drill holes, Ken absolutely did NOT state that the first few drill holes were coming up empty. Not at all. He said if they did it wouldn't matter, and was simply refuting Gump90 who said "...if the first drill holes are weak you will not hear about them for a while lest they kill the fun" because as a geologist Gump90 knows this full well and is therefore causing mischief.

What Ken is very clearly saying is that although they know the gold is there from soil and sample analysis, they may need to poke around a bit to find it as it's under the ground. They cannot expect to hit it perfectly on the first drill down. This is normal practice.

Ken is not saying they have even started drilling yet, let alone referring to actual drill results!
